Welsoft fabric is a special type of terry microfiber, it can be either with cut loops and take the form of a smooth-pile fabric, also with uncut threads in the form of loops over the entire surface of the material. The formed pile from the cut loops is smoothed in one direction. The pile height can be varied from 2mm to 10mm, the density of the villi is from 170 to 350 g / m2.
Mahra welsoft is another name for welsoft material. High-tech microfiber fabric began to be made in Japan in the 70s of the last century, when there was a boom in the discovery of new synthetic compounds from oil. Synthetic compounds made it possible to create microfibers with a thickness of 0.05mm and a special structure in the form of a star, combined microfibers into threads and created a velsoft knitted fabric. To make the fabric soft, the fibers are pretreated in special high-tech substances, which penetrate the fiber structure, make them very soft, but at the same time, wear-resistant and not prone to change in shape or fall out.

Welsoft fabric is very soft and pleasant to the touch, it also looks beautiful and can take the desired shape and change depending on the desired characteristics during production.
Welsoft composition
Welsoft is produced from 100% polyester in the form of high-tech very thin microfibers, which form the lightest and most airy threads from which, by knitting pile weaves, knitted fabric is made on special machines. Polyester is made from petroleum by chemical and thermal reactions. Therefore, subject to the production technology, velsoft is completely safe for human health and is inert - that is, it does not emit any residual vapors and compounds. In some cases, to give better stretch properties to the material, a small percentage of elastane is added, no more than 2-5%, such fabric is usually used for sewing clothes. Additives, as a rule, are added to the warp threads, so the pile (terry) retains its properties unchanged.

Like any fabric and material, velsoft has its drawbacks, although there are not many of them, they must be taken into account.
- since the material is very porous and fluffy, it tends to accumulate dust and needs regular washing;
- afraid of high temperatures, it must be protected from open sources of heat;
- sewing velsoft products requires certain skills and knowledge of the structure of this fabric, as well as the degree of extensibility and special devices;
Terry cloth welsoft types
- the material differs in the height of the pile, in its density, as well as in density;
- it can be both with a two-sided arrangement of the pile (terry cloth) and with one-sided;
- differs in the degree of softness and plasticity;
- it can be embossed, one-color welsoft or multi-colored is thermally processed, selectively smoothing the villi in the right direction, thus forming beautiful patterns that remain throughout the entire service life;
- shaped type of velsoft is formed by villi of different heights and their different density, imitating various surfaces, including animal skins;

- another type is polished welsoft, which differs from ordinary ones in its shiny pile, which shimmers very effectively in the sun;

- highlighted velsoft - a spectacular look, which is made by dyeing the warp threads usually in a dark color, and the pile in a light color, thanks to the contrast, such velsoft looks very impressive, especially when moving;

- Caring for velsoft products is not particularly difficult and is quite simple;
- Can be washed in a regular washing machine on a delicate cycle;
- It is advisable to unscrew the products from velsoft manually, not completely, but to hang them up and let the rest of the water drain into the bathroom or other container;
- It is strictly forbidden to use bleach or other aggressive detergents for washing velsoft, because the structure of the fabric will be damaged forever after washing with these substances;
- It is advisable to use liquid detergents, they usually do not leave streaks after drying;
- Dry away from open heat sources and batteries;
- Ironing velsoft is not recommended and it is not necessary, it does not wrinkle, always remaining beautiful and tidy;
