Payment for a completed order is possible in the following ways:

• prepayment for the order before sending it to the buyer;
• payment upon receipt (cash on delivery), this type of payment provides for additional costs associated with the payment of a commission to carrier companies: the tariff of New Mail - 20 UAH. for registration + 2% of the payment amount.

    When ordering non-standard orders (according to the buyer's size), a 100% prepayment is made for the order, the cost of which is calculated by the manager individually.

    An order with a sheet with an elastic band, as well as a maxi euro size is also considered not standard. Such orders are paid exclusively by prepayment and are subject to return only in the event of a manufacturing defect.

    Also, when ordering goods that have an order status indicated, the sewing takes place in standard sizes, but specifically for the buyer, this type of order is sent at 100% prepayment.

     Refunds for the returned goods occur on the same day when the goods arrived at our warehouse, or at the manufacturer's warehouse, if the goods are sent by the manufacturer directly.
