  • Satin is made by a complex double weave of highly twisted thin facial threads and simple warp threads. In this weaving, through four facial threads, the warp thread comes out. Percale is also a cotton fabric woven from thinner threads than calico, but after production, the finished fabric is dipped in a solution of starch and natural glue. This procedure provides a matte sheen to percale, an extended life span of over 1000 washes, as well as softness and pleasantness in contact with the body.
  • Calico or cotton? All of the above materials are produced from cotton, they differ in production technology, as well as the quality of the raw materials used, the number of degrees of purification.
