Since the body loses a fairly large amount of liquid during sleep, in some cases up to 0.5 liters, it is necessary for the material to absorb it. • High indicators of wear resistance, withstand, depending on the type of fabric, from 150 to 250 wash cycles without visible changes.
  • Poplin, satin and coarse calico do not need special care conditions, they can be washed with ordinary detergents.

Which bedding is better coarse calico, poplin or satin - summing up

Bed linen brown, blue, pink with flowers

Bed linen made of coarse calico is matte, has no shine, at first it looks like starched and feels the same. This effect passes, on average, after 5-7 washes. The most inexpensive, but it does an excellent job of providing the most important qualities for bedding sets, it is not as soft as poplin and is definitely inferior in this to satin. Washes well and serves for a long time. May cause irritation to very sensitive skin.

The poplin bed is the golden mean in terms of feeling of use, softness, comfort from the touch, as well as care. The cost is also average. Has a slight sheen, drapes beautifully and looks.

Satin bedding is the standard of bedding sets in terms of strength, softness and appearance. The price is the highest of the materials compared, but if we proceed from the comfort of the sensations that it gives and the durability, it is not surprising that it occupies a leading position in popularity.
